3. Service Description

  • Before the Rains — a three-session introductory programme covering budgeting, saving, and everyday Thai banking. Fee: ฿4,400.
  • Weathering Well — a six-week course exploring saving routines, deposit options, and planning for life's foreseeable costs. Fee: ฿7,100.

Our programmes are offered in English. We do not guarantee enrolment in any particular cohort or start date.

4. Enrolment & Accounts

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you a written confirmation. Until that point, no place is reserved.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during enrolment is complete and accurate.
  • If you wish to transfer your place to another person, please contact us at least seven days before the programme start date. Transfers are subject to our approval and the transferred participant accepting these terms.
  • We do not maintain personal online accounts for participants. Course materials and recordings are shared directly by our team.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programmes, you agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward other participants, our instructors, and staff at all times.
  • Use all course materials solely for your own personal learning and not for commercial purposes.
  • Refrain from recording, photographing, or sharing live sessions without our prior written consent.
  • Not misrepresent information you share with us or with other participants in a group setting.
  • Not use our website or materials to transmit spam, harmful content, or any unlawful communication.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a programme if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Charoen Path — including but not limited to printed guides, worksheets, planning notebooks, recorded lessons, and website text — remains the intellectual property of Charoen Path. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private study during and after the programme you have enrolled in.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission. Sharing printed or digital materials with individuals who have not enrolled in the relevant programme is not permitted.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

8. Course-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to all Charoen Path programmes:

  • Attendance: We ask that you attend all sessions. If you miss a session, we will do our best to share relevant materials, but we cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

  • Group size: Programmes are limited to small groups. We may adjust minimum numbers required for a cohort to proceed.

9. Disclaimers

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Charoen Path in relation to our services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
